What is up guys?
Hey gang! How is everybody doing?!
Friday vibes! And going to London tomorrow
Time to find out what you're really made of.
This week's challenge is The Death Ladder — a pull-up endurance ladder that separates the pretenders from the ones who actually train.
---
THE RULES:
Start at 1 pull-up. Rest 10 seconds.
Then 2 pull-ups. Rest 10 seconds.
Then 3 pull-ups. Rest 10 seconds.
Keep climbing. Every round, add 1 rep. Same 10-second rest between sets.
You fail when you can't complete the full set. No kipping, no half reps, no ego pulling. Dead hang at the bottom, chin over the bar at the top.
Your score = the last full round you completed.
Example: If you finish the round of 8 but fail on the round of 9, your score is 8.
---
BONUS ROUND (optional):
After you fail, drop back down and hit one max-effort set to failure. Add those reps to your total score for a combined number.
---
HOW TO SUBMIT:
Film your full ladder — or at minimum your last 3 completed rounds — and post the video in the comments below. Drop your score with it. No video, no claim.
---
This one is pure grip, pure grit, pure bar work. No shortcuts. The bar doesn't lie and neither does the camera.
Post your video below. Let's see who's putting in work this week.
This is the spot. Drop your progress pics, rep PRs, and before/after stories here.
Whether you just hit your first pull-up or you're repping muscle-ups clean — we want to see it.
How to post:
Film a set or snap a progress pic

No filters. No ego. Just real progress on the bars.
Let's build the wall of proof. You go first. 👇
