4H: Gold is in a downtrend — each high is lower than the last (4,450 → 4,404 → 4,395). It dropped to 4,315 and bounced hard, so that’s the floor.

30m: The bounce was strong but has stalled at 4,376. Not falling, just pausing.

The key level is 4,404. It used to be support, price broke it, so now it acts as resistance. Until price closes above it, this move up is just a bounce inside a downtrend.

So the plan: if price pushes up into 4,395–4,404 and gets rejected, that’s a lower high — sell toward 4,360. If it closes above 4,404, the downtrend is broken and 4,437 opens up. If it drops below 4,360, the bounce is over and 4,315 is back in play.
