How long does it take for an app to get approved on the Whop app store?

Wondering if you can start a business on Whop without an existing community?

I'm developing a Whop app to help creators sell access to their content. My monetization strategy involves taking a percentage of each transaction, with the remainder going to the creator.

I've explored Whop's "connected accounts" https://docs.whop.com/developer/platforms/collect-payments-for-connected-accounts, but the setup appears complex, involving additional company onboarding and child company creation.

Is there a simpler method to implement this revenue-sharing model within Whop?
