Most of you have a journal that looks the same every Sunday night.

"this week i'll lock in. only A+ setups. cut losers fast. no revenge trades."

then by Wednesday you're in a B setup you knew wasn't there.

by Friday you've revenge-traded the week.

Sunday you're back at the journal writing the same words again.

that's the loop.

and 24 hours from now you decide whether next week looks like this one or something completely different.

before you make that decision, here's the most useful thing i can give you.

you don't have a strategy problem. you have a filter problem.

you already know what an A+ setup looks like.

you can call one out in 10 seconds when it's not your money on the line.

you've watched my videos. you've back tested. you understand the model.

the issue is real-time execution.

the second you're in front of your own chart with money on the line, the line between "A+" and "B+ but i'll take it anyway" gets really blurry.

that's where every B trade you've ever taken came from. and B trades are what's been killing your accounts.

so here's something you can actually use this week:

before you click buy, grade the setup A through F.

out loud, in a chat, on a sticky note.

just don't take a trade you haven't graded first.

here's how i grade:

A+ = Sweep on a higher time frame. Clean inversion fair value gap. Draw liquidity stacked the other way. In discount or premium. Confluence everywhere. You don't have to talk yourself into anything.

A - Same setup but missing one piece. Maybe the draw isn't as obvious or the inversion is slightly slower. Still take it.

B - You can sort of see it but you're reaching. The gap is decent but market context is mid. You're saying "this should work" instead of "this is going to work."

C and below - You're trying to make the chart fit your bias. There's chop. No clean reaction. You're bored. You haven't taken a trade in 2 hours and the boredom is making you take this one.

the real test: if you can't articulate WHY it's an A in 10 seconds, it's not an A.

a few specific traps this filter catches:

→ the trade you take right after a winner because you feel invincible (almost always a B) → the trade you take after a 2-hour boredom stretch (almost always a C) → the revenge trade right after a stop out (always a D)

most of you would stop taking the trades that have been wrecking you just by making yourself articulate the grade out loud first.

now here's the thing.

doing this on your own is hard.

because at some point you're alone with the chart and you're going to start grading favorably. you'll convince yourself a B is an A.

that's the whole problem.

inside the Accelerator we have a grading system built into the workflow. you grade your setup live. someone else sees the grade. the group keeps you honest.

and i'm reviewing every trade you take, calling out what was A+ and what shouldn't have been graded that way.

that's the version that actually breaks the loop.

24 hours boys. tomorrow at 2pm EST.
